*Shipments will be held for up to 7 business days from receipt of check, pending clearance of company or other uncertified checks. No exceptions.


Return Policy:

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original box(s) and packaging, with all original hardware, accessories, and documents such as user booklets, warranty forms and certificates. (Clearance items sold "as is"... all sales final.)

All shipments must be insured for the full value.
All new merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date, and in unused condition. Returned merchandise that appears to have been used, or is received in poor or damaged condition will incur a refurbishing charge before credit is issued.

A 25% restocking charge plus shipping charges will apply to all returned merchandise, cancelled orders, and orders incorrectly placed by buyers (misapplications) for standard (non-custom or special order) products.

No refunds will be issued on labor, rentals, shipping, pick-up/delivery & handling charges, parts (unless defective), special orders, customized hardware and/or software, or clearance items.


Warranties:

All merchandise is subject to the individual manufacturer's warranty only. (Clearance items not included.)
Defective merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number (please contact us for Authorization number.)
Returned defective merchandise must be accompanied by a written explanation of the defect(s).
Note: Select merchandise may require return directly to the manufacturer for warranty repairs or replacement. We will inform customers if this is applicable when they call.


Shipping:

Kistler Printing will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise indicated. We make every effort to maintain an ample supply of products in our inventory for fast delivery.
